Goods maybe returned/replaced within 21 days of date of order/invoice.

Any damaged goods received must be reported within 3 working days.

Please supply order number/delivery note number/invoice number. Goods must be in the same condition as supplied by us. If the goods are supplied in error we will supply a pre-paid returns package for return. If goods are ordered by mistake or not required the goods must be returned at the customers expense in good packaging to prevent damage. When the goods are received we will then credit the total amount of the order.
